Free Diagnostics.

Basic diagnostics is free at our shop. Most problems are easy to identify based on behavior and experience with similar symptoms. However when a computer has hardware problems a thorough diagnostics is required to identify the correct source of the problem. This requires alot of time and expertise, which is why we must charge the $75 diagnostics fee, even if you decide you don't want to fix the problem. if you do want to fix the problem the $75 is applied towards the cost of the repair.
